RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please note: No refunds or returns will be accepted on orders placed during our End of Financial Year (EOFY) sale period [1st June to the 30th]

RETURNS

We accept return within 14 days of receiving your order. to be eligible for a return, item must be:

unworn

unwashed 

in original condition 

items that show signs of wear, including stains, scent (perfume, deodorant ect ) or damage will not be accepted 

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty 

FAULTY

if you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us hello@goodpeopleapparel.com.au with your order number and photos, and we will resolve this quickly as possibleÂ
